Our design and engineering services include but are not limited to the following :

  • Cargo vessel to reefer vessel
  • Bulk carrier to bitumen carrier
  • Container vessel to bitumen carrier
  • Double hull tankers to double hull tanker which comply with new IMO MARPOL Regulation 13 to extend vessel life/ phase out date

Examples of past successes:

 
A.P.& A. Ltd. Group was the contractor for the conversion of 16 reefer-vessels (palletized), subcontracted at Gdansk Ship Repair Yard. A.P.& A. Ltd. was responsible for the whole project of the conversions including design and costing.
M/t "Blue Eye Lady" Romanian tanker, upgrading at Gdansk Ship Repair Yard.
The project was 8 million US dollars, A.P.& A. Group was the contractor responsible for costing and project management. The repair loan was signed between the Det Norske Bank of Norway (London Branch) and A.P.& A. Ltd. - UK.
M/c "Ocean Majesty" 45 million USD conversion made in Greece. Mr. Andreas Papadakis was the Direct Consultant to the Ship-owners, vetting and monitoring owners consultant/supervision team.
M/c "Ocean Monarch" 5 million USD project carried out in Greece/Bulgaria. Mr. Andreas Papadakis was acting as above.
Ro-Ro's Hyundai 106/108 etc. The vessel's Managing company Messrs "Zodiac" contracted the repair directly to A.P.& A. Ltd. - UK who subcontracted the vessel to Dalian Shipyard.
